The chart below is based on the typical average weight. A $100 deposit is required to secure your order and the balance will be due once your order is ready for pick-up. Your final cost will be based on the weight of your pig. You may give preference to smaller or larger pig if available.

Hanging Weight Size Range: 160lbs to 195lbs

Hanging weight is the weight of the pig after it has been gutted. A 180lb pig will give you about 126lbs of custom cuts with option to oddments: back fat, leaf fat (excellent for making lard), bones, heart, liver and kidneys.


We will contact you prior to the slaughter date to go over cutting preferences.


$5.50/ lb hanging weight includes slaughter fee, transport, cutting, wrapping, freezing, waste disposal and storage.
Final price does not include sausage, slicing and smoking. Prices range $2.25 - $3.00 per/lb extra for these items.
